Shipping Policies

**Shipping Policy:**

At NAIVE NURSE, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

1. **Standard Shipping:**
- Standard shipping is currently 5.75 USD. We do not provide express shipping at this time. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our business, shipping costs are currently regulated by our US based, outsourced printing companies. As our brand continues to grow, we strive to lessen shipping costs for our consumers overtime. 
- For international shipping, an additional fee will be noted at checkout. Fee varies depending on country of delivery and/or distance.

2. **Processing Time:**
- Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing. Our print on demand manufacturer does not process on weekends, therefore any orders place on Saturday and Sunday will not start process until Monday. This includes verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Naive Nurse may reach out to customer regarding their order or for address verification. Please be aware this could lengthen processing time if there are any errors/mistakes to be corrected. 

3. **Shipping Time:**
- Once your order has been processed, please allow 4-8 days for shipping.  Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays in transit.

- Please allow 6-10 days for embroidery orders after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays in transit.

We aim to decrease shipment times in the future as our company grows.


4. **Order Changes:**
- Any changes or concerns regarding your order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
- If changes or concerns are not submitted within this timeframe, the order will continue through processing and shipment as originally requested.

5. **Tracking Information:**
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Once Item is shipped, please reach out to the shipping company first regarding discrepancies in your delivery. If an issue can not be resolved with them, then reach out to us.
